Michael is a 2003 grad of The University of South Carolina College of Mass Communications.

Haney is in his tenth year in sports radio having been with 107.5 The Game since it’s inception in 2007 after three years working with Primetime Sports on Newstalk 1320 WIS.

Prior to that, Haney worked briefly as a recruiting analyst for the South Carolina News Network and co-hosted The Evening Sports Page on WRIX in Anderson, SC.

Favorite random sports moment is getting the “shooter” sign from Kenny Stabler during 2006 SEC Media Days, accompanied with a “See ya, big guy.”

Haney is an avid music fan having played guitar since age 8. He dabbles in songwriting in his spare time and owns a vinyl copy of the Rocky IV soundtrack.

Haney is fluent in all languages, including three that HE only speaks and is banned from traveling to Australia due to a foiled Koala-smuggling scheme in the summer of 2005.
